A brief synopsis of the project
As Ducati North America’s lead event producer, I oversaw the execution of immersive brand experiences that fueled rider enthusiasm and brand engagement across the U.S. From high-octane trackside events to curated lifestyle activations, I led the design and production of national tours, dealership events, and new motorcycle launches—including the Panigale V4 and Multistrada Enduro. Central to the calendar were Ducati Island events: weeklong fan festivals at MotoGP races in Austin and Monterey that celebrated the Ducati lifestyle and racing heritage.
The logistical demands were formidable, often involving remote setups, massive labor crews, and tightly coordinated schedules around global race circuits. We built a modular, efficient production model that maintained visual and experiential integrity at scale. Highlights included record-breaking attendance at Ducati Island and Ducati’s inaugural presence at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, introducing the Scrambler line to a new audience with a custom demo and engagement program.
